Customer Question #1 What is the minimum number of hours required to work with you

I do not have any minimum requirements.  I understand that each company and their budget is based upon their individual goals.  It is my job to provide support in reaching the company objectives.

Customer Question #2 How do I cancel our contract.

Simply email me your request and I will reply back directly.   I do not require a time frame; but a plan of closure for the projects we are working on.  Details of this are outlined in the contract.

Customer Question #3 Are your rates negotiable?

Your project, goals and desired time of service are all flexible.  We can work with in your months budget no matter how much it changes.  Just let us know prior to the next billing cycle.
